Marshall residents invited to online open house part of Highway 19/College Drive reconstruction project

MnDOT District 8 and the City of Marshall are looking for input on College Drive/Highway 19 in Marshall as part of the planning process for the 2025 reconstruction project. MnDOT is planning a large roadway project — reconstruction of Highway 19/College Drive — from 4th Street to Bruce Street in the city of Marshall.

Overall project details are still being determined, but the pavement has deteriorated and the city of Marshall needs to replace aging utilities. Sidewalk improvements will be made along the project area in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Highway 19/College Dr. online open house will allow participants the opportunity to learn more about the project, proposed key intersection improvements, ask questions and give feedback.

A live presentation with a question and answer session will be held on July 9, from 6-7 pm.  Community members can join the live presentation by clicking on a link available on the project webpage.
