Mail possibly stolen near Clements

Mail may be have been stolen from mailboxes around the city of Clements earlier this week.

The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office received a report of several mailboxes being tampered with, and mail possibly being tampered with.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking residents of Clements, if they had anything in their mailboxes on Tuesday March 10 or Wednesday, March 11, to verify that those payments made it to their destinations.

Also, if Clements residents noticed anything unusual involving their mail or mailboxes on those days, to notify the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office.
