Life Threatening Motorcycle Accident

Around 1:03 am on September 4th, Brown County Dispatch received a 911 call of a single vehicle motorcycle accident. Upon arrival authorities found a 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Michael Wooten, 43, was travelling west bound on Brown County Road 6 when he struck a deer in the road. Wooten was flown from the scene to Rochester Saint Mary’s with life threatening injuries. Assisting on the scene were Brown County Sheriff’s Office, Hanska Fire, Madelia Ambulance, Mayo 1 Air Ambulance.
