January is National Stalking Awareness Month. Earlier this week, KLGR’s Joshua Dixon talked with representatives from the Redwood County Attorney’s Office and the New Horizons Crisis Center about the complicated issue of stalking, and what separates it from other crimes like assault or harassment.
