Janette Wertish Reelected Chair of Renville County HRA/EDA Board

Janette Wertish has been reelected Chair of the Renville County Housing Redevelopment Authority / Economic Development Authority (HRA/EDA) Board. 

Wertish, of Renville, owned and operated the Renville Handi-Stop for 33 years. She is currently serving as the Mayor of the City of Renville, and is on a number of civic boards and committees, including the City of Renville’s EDA. She has served on the HRA/EDA Board for five years.  

The Renville County HRA/EDA encourages business growth and development, promotes tourism and recreation, and providing housing opportunities for county residents.
