Fugitive found in Willmar with pound of meth Tuesday

A 36 year old Willmar man — who was a wanted Minnesota Department of Corrections fugitive — is in custody after the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force located him at a residence in the 700 block of 3rd St Southwest in the City of Willmar on Tuesday afternoon.

A search at the residence after his arrest and over a pound of methamphetamine was located.

This case is still under investigation at this time.
