Freeze warning issued for Redwood County through Friday morning

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning from Thursday afternoon until 9 a.m. Friday morning.

Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 degrees is expected in Redwood, Lac Qui Parle, Swift, Chippewa, and Yellow Medicine Counties.

Frost and freezing conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
