Eden Valley man injured when his vehicle crashed in Kandiyohi County Thursday

An Eden Valley man was injured when his vehicle crashed in Kandiyohi County Thursday morning.

On Sept. 16, at about 6:55 a.m., the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single motor vehicle accident with injuries on Hwy 12, just east of County Road 4. Deputies found a 2006 Hyundai being driven by Dennis Marquedant, age 48 of Eden Valley.

Marquedant had been traveling west when his vehicle entered the ditch, then hit an embankment. Marquedant suffered non-life threatening injures, and was transported by Atwater Ambulance service.

Assisting the Sheriff’s Office was the Atwater Police Department and CentraCare EMS.
