Driver injured after leaving road, crashing into cars in Redwood Falls hospital parking lot Wednesday

A driver received minor injuries after his vehicle left the road and crashed into some vehicles in a Redwood Falls hospital parking lot Wednesday.

According to the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, on July 16, at about 11:07 a.m., a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado was eastbound on County Road 24. It crossed the center line of the road, entered the north ditch, then continued into the CentraCare Hospital parking lot and struck three parked vehicles. The driver of the Silverado was taken to the CentraCare ER with minor injuries.

CentraCare employee MaryKay Kerkhoff, who owned one of the totaled vehicles in the parking lot, gave KLGR permission to use the photo.
