The Minnesota legislature is meeting again this week. According to State Senator Gary Dahms of Redwood Falls, the latest estimates from the state are that up to 40 percent of Minnesota small businesses might not survive the many COVID restrictions and stay-at-home orders imposed on the state’s population.
