COVID-19 News: Kandiyohi County has first confirmed Covid-19 patient

Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services has been notified by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) of its first lab confirmed case of novel coronavirus, COVID-19, in a Kandiyohi County resident.

MDH confirmed this individual to be a male in his 60’s who resides in Kandiyohi County. The individual is in isolation at home. He was diagnosed at a healthcare facility, and is being monitored by the Minnesota Department of Health. No other information is available for release at this time.
