COVID-19 News: Carris Health - Redwood introduces new visitor restrictions

On Tuesday, March 31, Carris Health – Redwood introduced new visitor restrictions for both the hospital and clinic.

All patients and visitors using the main entrances will be pre-screened for symptoms of illness. At the hospital main entrance, you must use the phone in the entryway to answer symptom questions.

EMERGENCY CARE
•All patients and visitors seeking emergency care must use the south ER entrance only. This entrance is available 24/7, and you will be pre-screened.

For patients who have symptoms of respiratory illness, Carris Health – Redwood staff request you call ahead before seeking care at any of Carris Health facilities. If you do not feel you can manage symptoms at home, please call for instructions before arriving at the hospital or clinic.
