A Clara City driver ended up with his semi-truck in a Redwood County field on Sunday evening.

According to the Redwood Falls Sheriff’s Department, at about 11:05 p.m. on Feb. 21, the sheriff’s department was called to the intersection of Highway 19 and County Road 6 on a report of a one-vehicle accident. Deputies arrived to find that Spenser Skalicky, age 23, of Clara City, had failed to stop for a stop sign, and driven a 2018 Volvo semi-tractor through the intersection, struck a road sign, and ended up in a field on the south side of Highway 19.

No injuries were reported, and the damage to the vehicle is currently unknown.
