ProAg of Renville County is honored to announce Kaitlyn Lorang of Morton and Rosalyn Madsen of Franklin as the recipients of the Agriculture Future of America Leader and Academic Scholarships. 

ProAg funds were matched by AFA to award Lorang a $4,200 scholarship. 

ProAg partnered with the Redwood Chamber Ag Committee along with matched funds by AFA to award Madsen a $4,200 scholarship. 

Lorang is a senior at Cedar Mountain High School in Morgan with plans to attend South Dakota State University to study Agronomy and Agricultural Communications. Madsen is a senior at Cedar Mountain High School in Morgan with plans to attend South Dakota State University to study Precision Agricultural and Agricultural Education. 

In addition to $3,200 in academic scholarship, both students will attend the AFA Leaders Conference November 12-15, 2020 in Kansas City, Missouri. 

This event is attended by nearly 800 elite agriculture students from across the nation.
