April 5 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

<h1 class="tribe-events-single-event-title">The Skally Line at Wabasso Library April 5th</h1>

The Skally Line will be at the Wabasso Public Library on Wednesday, April 5th at 4:00 PM.

The Skally Line steams its way around the curves and bends of early American music: String band blues, Appalachian ballads, fiddle tunes, early country and bluegrass, and Tin Pan Alley music. Along the way, they tell you forgotten stories about old Minnesota, play original music rooted in that history, and have a rip-roaring good time.

The Skally Line is a band dedicated to creating an experience through old-time music and song with a focus on Minnesota history and story. The musical duo of Fred Keller and Bill Cagley combine storytelling, music performance, and audience participation in to their shows.

In addition to hearing excellent toe-tappin’ folk music, you might pick up a few scraps of local knowledge from the strange corners of our state. This program is made possible through the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. This is a free event, and all ages are welcome to join us at the Wabasso Library on Wednesday, April 5th at 4:00 PM.
