June 17: A.C.E. of Southwest Minnesota is proud to present the third one act play about memory loss, in their online educational series entitled “Fortune Cookies”, by Bonnie Dudovitz. In this excellent production, Mona has a great idea! The vibrant octogenarian is determined to be the first to know if her recall is slipping beyond what can be considered normal, age-relate memory loss. An unexpected visit from her son David reveals that she has cooked up a way to help herself and others be on the lookout for the early stages of dementia. The production is an educational tool for both community, and families navigating through the Alzheimer’s/Dementia journey.
We hope that you can join us for this free virtual play on Thursday June 17th at 6:30 pm. Please sign up through Eventbrite at https://marshall-fortune2021.eventbrite.com .
This play is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
