FINAL HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners of Redwood County, sitting as the drainage authority for Judicial Ditch 6 (JD 6) will hold a final hearing on the pending Redetermination of Benefits. The viewers’ report of benefits and damages for JD 6 has been filed. The viewers’ reports were filed with the drainage authority on April 4, 2024 and are available for inspection at the Redwood County Environmental Office, as well as available online at https://redwoodcounty-mn.us/departments/environmental-office/current-drainage-proceedings/.
