Dahms supports Minnesota Senate bill that would allow businesses that follow safety protocols to reopen

The Minnesota Senate is currently debating a bill that would allow businesses closed because of the governor’s COVID executive orders to reopen if they follow certain conditions.

The legislation would allow businesses the option to fully reopen provided businesses develop a COVID-19 safety plan and make a good faith effort to maintain a safe and healthful workplace. Businesses could be shut down to respond to a COVID-19 outbreak, but they will be allowed to reo pen once the outbreak is under control. The bill is considered a top priority this session at the Minnesota Senate.
