  • Recognized Tammy Blaine and B.J. Labat for 15 years of service to Redwood County.
  • Adopted resolution to approve a Local Bridge Improvement Program (LBIP) Grant for SAP 064-598-025, CR 68 Bridge.
  • Approved the LBRP Grant Agreement for SAP 064-598-025.
  • Award SAP 064-598-025 to M & K Construction in the amount of $383,665.20.
  • Authorized Board Chair and Administrator to sign the awarded construction contract for SAP 064-598-025.
  • Award SAP 064-601-016, SAP 064-701-022 and SAP 064-701-027 construction projects to Central Specialties in the amount of $2,942,784.03.
  • Authorize Board Chair and Administrator to sign the awarded construction project with Central Specialties.
  • Approved to hire a Senior Engineering Technician in the Highway Department.
  • Approved CUP #2-21 for an animal confinement feedlot filed by Brian Johnson.
  • Approved an Extractional Interim Use Permit #3-21 filed by Brian Kletscher.
  • Approved the Auditor-Treasurer consent agenda items: Cash Balance Report; Investment Summary; Budget Reports; and March 2021 Disbursements.
  • Acknowledged the Confession of Judgment, Parcel #68-025-4020, C.N. Reed Ockwig.
  • Approved the 2020 Budget Adjustment #5 to align with the actual revenue or expenditures.
  • Approved the request to supplement Section 8, HUD Housing in the amount of $3,553.60 to be paid through the EDA Budget.
  • Reviewed the March 2021 jail population and Sentence to Serve Quarterly Report.
  • Adopted resolution accepting $100.00 donation from Schwartz Farms.
  • Approved the MN Fellow Contract pending County Attorney approval.
  • Approved the ArcGIS Enterprise to ESRI software purchase.
  • Entered into Redwood County Ditch Authority.
  • Approved the Findings and Order for CD #12.
  • Accepted the Petition for a partial abandonment of CD #40 filed by Robert Wetmore and set public hearing for May 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Approved the Findings and Order for CD #47 for partial abandonment and rerouting filed by Scoates and Nelson.
  • Approved the Findings and Order for CD #47 for partial abandonment filed by Duetz.
  • Redwood County Ditch Authority at 12:08 p.m.
  • Reynolds presented an update for the Child Advocacy Program.
  • Approved Proclamation for National Service Recognition Day on April 6, 2021.
  • Acknowledged Change Order #3, 6 & 7 totaling $5,239.68 for the Government Services Building Project.
  • Approved the tobacco license for Rudra Morgan, LLC.
  • Approved the liquor license renewal for TMB Sports Club.
  • Authorized A/T to supply an additional $100.00 petty cash for the License Center.
  • Acknowledged the resignation of Amanda Jungers as FT Dispatcher effective April 27, 2021.
  • Approved to transfer Kerstin Karels from PT Dispatcher to FT Dispatcher effective April 28, 2021.
  • Approved to hire Theodore Cromwell as FT Deputy Sheriff on the 2021 LELS Licensed Officers Salary Schedule at Deputy 1, Grade/Step 2 at $23.41/hour due to experience effective May 3, 2021.
  • Green presented information on bonding for the Courthouse Security Project and Highway Construction Projects.
  • Adopted Proclamation recognizing April as sexual assault awareness month in Redwood County.
