Cold Weather Rule for Public Utilities expires

The Cold Weather Rule for residential protection expired on April 15, 2021. Now that the protection period has passed, the Redwood Falls Public Utilities will revert to a one (1) day notice before disconnection.

If utility customers do not have a payment plan in place for their past due balance, a notice will be hung one (1) business day before disconnection.
