Willmar Police and the Kandiyohi Sheriff official cited 31 people for underage consumption at a house party on Tuesday night.
 
Loud music and a large number of people drew the attention of neighbors and law enforcement. Law enforcement arrived about 11:40 PM along the 300 block of 11th Street Northwest and stopped about 60 people.
 
Several people attempted to flee by jumping out the windows, going onto the roof and hiding inside the residence. The officers also removed alcohol from the home as evidence.
 
Officers were on the scene for about three hours.
