What’s a caucus?
Caucuses are meetings where members of Minnesota’s political parties gather to discuss and propose party goals and priorities. They elect party delegates and officers. They also discuss who they want to nominate in upcoming elections.
Who can attend?
Precinct caucuses are open to the public. To vote, offer resolutions or become a delegate, you must be eligible to vote in the Nov. 6 general election and be in general agreement with the principles of the political party.
