A new restaurant is hoping to open in Redwood Falls by early March.
Plans are underway for El Cancun- a Mexican Restaurant that features a full menu and drinks.
El Cancun will be located in the old dollar store on Bridge Street in RedwoodFalls.
Agustin Bermudez is living in Redwood Falls to over see the restaurants building and opening. His family owns 7 restaurants which include establishments in Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Bermudez said that they decided to open a restaurant in Redwood Falls because there was not a Mexican restaurant here and it seemed like a good opportunity. He says you can expect Margarita specials and a big menu at the new location.
