For southern Minnesotans, it's just rain -- but for many in west-central and northwestern portions of the state, freezing drizzle is making roadways slick. The National Weather Service is warning of potentially dangerous conditions from the Canadian border to Fergus Falls until at least noon today. A combination of drizzle and below-freezing temperatures is causing ice to form on many roads that haven't been treated.
