After an extensive twelve month investigation conducted by the BROWN-LYON-LINCOLN-REDWOOD-RENVILLE DRUG TASK FORCE, twenty-one people were arrested on various felony drug charges in Redwood County on December 13, 2011. These arrests followed five other felony-level drug arrests made by the Drug Task Force on December 5, 2011 that were the result of the same investigation. In total, there were 31 arrest warrants issued, of which five remain outstanding. Agents of the Drug Task Force, working with other law enforcement agencies, are working hard to locate and arrest these remaining individuals. All of the defendants arrested on December 13th were scheduled to make initial appearances in Redwood County District Court on that same day. Additonal charges may be forthcoming as a result of this investigation. The following individuals were taken into custody:

• Shelley Marie Dow (38) of Redwood Falls – 5th degree sale
• Ross Carter Downwind (39) of Redwood Falls – 5th degree sale
• Jesse Robert King (20) of Redwood Falls – 1st degree sale
• Ronny Allen Jarvis (34) of Redwood Falls – 1st degree sale
• Brandy Lee Larsen (34) of Redwood Falls – 3rd degree sale
• Melissa Lynn Prechel (27) of Redwood Falls – Conspirancy to commit controlled
substance crime in the third degree
• Isaiah Lenard Turner (32) of Redwood Falls – Control substance crime in the fifth degree; subsequent offenses
• Kevin Arnell Banks (32) of Redwood Falls – 5th degree sale
• Lino Todd Brothers (38) of Redwood Falls – 5th degree sale
• Nathan A. Wabasha (33) of Morton – 3rd degree sale
• Carl Norman-Reed Ockwig (41) of Renville – 5th degree sale
• Linda Kay Larsen (60) of Redwood Falls – 2nd degree sale
• Kelly Jon Brothers (35) of Redwood Falls – 5th degree sale
• Robin Todd Pendleton (47) of Morton – 2nd degree sale
• Sherman Dean Killsplenty (34) of Morton – 2nd degree sale
• Michelle J. Rainey (37) of Redwood Falls – 2nd degree sale
• Becky Marie Larsen (39) of Morton – 2nd degree sale
• Curtis Dale Williams (39) of Redwood Falls – 1st and 2nd degree sales
