New years’ resolution to eat healthier? This class will discuss the new USDA MyPlate method guidelines, including how to effectively read food labels. There will also be a demonstration of actual food/beverage portion sizes, along with discussion and tips on the importance of weekly meal planning. GETTING OUT OF “AUTO” - DSLR PHOTOGRAPHY
