Chanda Selena Fuller, 16 was traveling west on State Highway 68 went she noticed a car passing a semi near 280th Ave. Fuller then drove into the ditch to avoid a accident. The incident occurred on Tuesday. The Sleepy Eye Ambulance transported Fuller to the Sleepy Eye Medical Center.
