GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Green Bay remained the NFL's only

unbeaten team after defeating the Vikings 45 to 7 last night. Aaron

Rodgers threw four touchdown passes while Randall Cobb ran a punt

back 80 yards for a score. Including the playoffs, the Packers have

won 15 straight games dating back to last season, the longest

streak in team history.


MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Trevor Mbakwe scored a

team-high 17 points last night as the Minnesota Gophers basketball

team beat South Dakota State 71 to 55. Maverick Ahanmisi

chipped in five during an 18-1 second-half run.

 


GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Aaron Anderson scored 17 points as

North Dakota notched a 63 to 47 victory over Idaho State last

night. Jamal Webb had 15 points, six rebounds and six assists for

the Fighting Sioux.

 


AMES, Iowa (AP) - Minneapolis native Royce White is the Big 12's

Rookie of the Week for his strong debut with Iowa State's

basketball team. The sophomore scored a game-high 25 points and

grabbed 11 rebounds as the Cyclones got past Lehigh 86 to 77 on

Saturday. He sat out last season after transferring from Minnesota.
