Author at library talks about area crime

Jim Jensen, author of the book “Threads of Evidence” which was published earlier this year will be speaking at the Redwood Falls Public Library on Friday, October 28th at 1:00. The event is open to the public and is free.

Jim is a long time resident of New Ulm but grew up in rural Morgan. Jim’s wife of 45 years is the former Konnie Sowder of Redwood Falls. Jim enjoyed 35 years in the retail business as owner of Leuthold Jensen Clothing. He is a motivational speaker, specializing in topics he’s passionate about-providing great customer service and excellence in sales skills.

Jim’s book “Threads of Evidence” chronicles one of New Ulm’s most bizarre crimes that made headlines all over the nation. In his book he recounts the story of how his business went from successful sky rocketing sales to one with a store inventory that began to disappear a piece at a time with no obvious criminal to point a finger at. Through it all, Jim’s positive attitude, love for business and family and salesmanship pulled him through.

Jim’s book will be available at the presentation.
