Opening arguements begin in Radtke trial



Opening arguments and testimony began in the case against 52, year old David Radtke in Sibley County District Court Wednesday.
 
David Radtke is charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct stemming from a May incident involving his foreign exchange student.
 
He is the former pastor at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Gibbon.
 
Jurors first saw a video of Radtke admitting to touching the student inappropriately to detectives when arrested in Dodge County, Wisconsin and then a video of the human services interview that was done with the victim.
 
The victim continues her testimony today with the cross-examination by the defense.
