Help needed in finding baby's mother

The Winona County Sheriff’s Office is looking for any one’s help to help identify the mother of a baby found in the Mississippi River on September 5, 2011. With the baby were items in a bag. The items include a cream-colored canvas bag embroidered in gold with the word "Manzanillo" - a resort town on the Pacific coast of Mexico - and the two plastic garbage bags the newborn was found in.

Additionally, two porcelain bells that depict angels, each about 4 inches tall, and a bracelet with an eye pendant were left inside the garbage bags with the girl. Two larger angel figurines, each about 9 inches tall, were found outside the bags.
