Bail for Matthew Wrobleski of Willmar was set Tuesday at $25,000. Wrobleski, 37 made his initial appearance in Meeker County District Court on felony charges of Motor Vehicle Theft, Fleeing a Peace Officer, Obstructing Legal Process and 1st Degree Criminal Damage to Property. He was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly stealing a pickup near Kingston, leading police on a high-speed chase, then fleeing on foot until being arrested with the help of a Wright County K-9 unit. Wrobleski is also a suspect in a multi-county string of pickup truck and ATV theft and the theft of a camper trailer connected to one of the pickups. His next court appearance is set for October 24th.
