2011 Princess Kay of the Milky Way Finalist Kelsey Sellner (of Sleepy Eye) with her completed butter sculpture. Sellner's likeness was sculpted by long-time Midwest Dairy State Fair butter sculptor Linda Christensen last Friday, August 26.
