Results from the Redwood City Council Meeting

The Redwood Falls City Council met on Tuesday with several items on the regular agenda.  Among the actions the Council took:

Approved an Animal Control services agreement with the Friends of the Animal Shelter
Approved a property transfer to the Friends of the Animal Shelter
Approved a Chamber of Commerce Request for a Loan to help fund the welcome sign project..
Approved an agreement with the Mn Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to access Criminal History Data
Approved an alcohol compliance check grant agreement
Approved a downtown commercial rehabilitation loan application
Put out a request for proposals for snow removal services
Approved a Professional Services Agreement for an Airport Tier 2 Environmental assessment
Took bids on the Northwood Drive Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction project
Established a Hazard Mitigation grant with the DNR Flood Damage Reconstruction program

Items on the consent agenda included:
Approval of an on sale liquor and Sunday liquor application for Rusty Bucket LLC
Aprroved purchasing electrical supplies
Approval of an application for an Exempt Gambling Permit - Redwood Wrestling Association
The approval of a Chamber request for assistance with the Fall Festival and Grape Stomp
Approval of a block party request for the 300 block of Galles Drive
