The Brown County Sheriff's Office is reporting a one vehicle accident that took place on Friday, August 12, just after midnight, in a rural area near Madelia.  Duane James Kolbe, age 70, of Madelia, was following another vehicle in his Mercury Tracer, when he wasn't able to see clearly because of dust kicked up by the car ahead of him.  He went off the "T" intersection at the intersection of 102 Avenue and 132 Street.  Kolb suffered minor injuries in the accident.
