On August 05, 2011 at 3:58 pm, the Renville County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle rollover involving a single-unit feed truck.  The accident occurred on Renville County Road 27, ¼ mile north of Highway 19, which is located approximately two (2) miles east of Fairfax, MN.

 

Kelly Bredesen, age 32, of Springfield, MN was traveling northbound on County Road 27 when his truck began to enter the northbound ditch.  Bredesen attempted to regain control of the truck, but was unable.  The truck overturned and came to rest on its side on the roadway.

 

Bredesen was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.  Bredesen was transported by the Fairfax Ambulance Service to the New Ulm Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. 

 

The Fairfax Police Department and Fairfax Ambulance Service assisted with the accident.  The Renville County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol are investigating the accident.
