AKRON, Ohio (AP) - Adam Scott is the winner of the Bridgestone

Invitational in Akron, Ohio, finishing four strokes ahead of Rickie

Fowler and Luke Donald. Scott closed with a bogey-free 65 for a

17-under total. Tiger Woods closed with an even-par 70 to finish in

a tie for 37th in his first full tournament since the Masters in

April.

BLAINE, Minn. (AP) - Jay Haas two-putted for birdie from 25 feet

on the final hole to win the 3M Championship by one shot over Tom

Lehman, Kenny Perry and Peter Senior. A 4-under-par 68 gives Haas

his first Champions Tour victory in two years. Lehman just missed

his eagle putt playing in the group in front of Haas, whose

2006.

LONG POND, Pa. (AP) - Brad Keselowski took the

lead on the final restart and held off Kurt Busch to win

yesterday's Sprint Cup race at Pocono Raceway. Keselowski reached

Victory Lane just four days after breaking his left ankle in a

head-on collision into a wall during a test session at Road

Atlanta. Kurt Busch finished third, followed by Jimmie Johnson and

Ryan Newman.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee Titans cornerback Cortland

Finnegan is defending himself on Twitter, writing that he left

training camp to deal with a personal matter and isn't upset with

his contract. Finnegan says he has spoken to coaches and teammates

and will resume "all things asked." He says his personal issues

needed attention and he will be back playing Monday when he will

answer all questions.

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - Washington Nationals pitcher Stephen

Strasburg struck out four and allowed a home run in 1 2-3 innings

for Single A Hagerstown against Greensboro. It was the former No. 1
