Forecasters say more severe weather is on the way over much of the state starting this afternoon and running through tonight. Heavy downpours, hail and the possibility of tornadoes are all in the picture as July's latest storm system brings overly humid conditions up from South Dakota and Iowa. Flash flood watches are in effect across western Minnesota where river and lake levels remain high.
