Authorities say alcohol was a factor in the crash of two boats in Wisconsin which killed four people including two Minnesotans on Friday. The bodies of 28-year-old Matthew Simonson of Brooklyn Park and 25-year-old Luke Pohl of Elk River were pulled from the Chippewa River north of Eau Claire after their pontoon boat hit a speedboat. Autopsies were conducted Monday on Pohl and Simonson. The pontoon boat's driver was arrested but has not been charged. Reports say the driver of the speedboat who died in the crash, had been seen drinking at a bar earlier that night and had a history of drunken driving.
