The residents of a North Redwood home were not injured after their home exploded this morning.
Redwood Falls Fire Chief, Mark Magers says that the 2 individuals in the home were very lucky.
Bob Sperl and his wife were in the home when the windows were blown out, the floor buckled and doors were knocked off their hinges.
The Redwood Falls fire Department responded at just after 7 AM Monday morning.
Magers thought the older home, located in a wooded area of Front Street, would be a total loss.
The cause of the explosion is believed to be from an LP leak. There was no fire as the explosion blew the flames out.
