An accident involving a semi-truck, a car and pick up truck was reported this morning at about 8:30 AM at the intersection of Broadway and DeKalb along Highway 68 in Redwood Falls. The Redwood Falls Fire and Rescue, Police Department, Redwood County Sheriffs Department, State Patrol and North Ambulance responded to the scene. Those on the scene reported they did not think that there were life threatening injuries.
