KEYC-TV is offering no explanation for why anchor Annie Stensrud stumbled and slurred her way through Sunday's 10 p.m. newscast.
In a statement released Wednesday, KEYC VP and General Manager Dennis Wahlstrom while the "uncharacteristic newscast" was hardly private, it will be resolved internally.
"Sunday night's uncharacteristic newscast on KEYC Mankato can hardly be considered private. Nonetheless,in our judgment, the matter represents a personnel issue to be resolved internally." said Wahlstrom in a written statement.
While viewers watched the newscast live, thousands more are seeing for the first time on YouTube.
It had about 300 views Wednesday morning when we first saw it. 24 hours later it has been viewed over 105,000 times.
