Redwood Area Chamber and Tourism is hosting its 15th Annual Chef’s Dinner on February 3rd at the Grand Eagle Ballroom at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. The event will consist of a social hour that begins at 6:00pm with dinner at 7:00pm.
This exquisite evening of dinning consist of a four course meal which will serve: Squash Soup with Gruyere Croutons, Celery Root and Apple Slaw with Manchego and Pomegranate Molasses, Roasted Rack of Pork with Garlic Potatoes and Broccolinni, and Vanilla Custard with Fresh Winter Fruit. Tickets are $40 a person and special pricing is available for group tables. This event is open to the public to attend.
Additional highlights of the evening include awarding of the 2012 Hidden Gem, Rising Star and Shinning Star Awards, along with a silent auction and entertainment provided by comedian Stevie Ray.
