Charles Neubeck Sr. of Willmar, formerly Marshall, died Wednesday. Funeral Services will be at 10 Am Tuesday at the Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home Tuesday.
