Redwood County Court news for July 9

Tiffanae Anne Haslip Latourell was convicted of Aiding an Offender to Avoid Arrest for an offense that occurred on September 17, 2017, and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 10 days in jail, to complete 80 hours of Sentence to Serve, to pay a $200 fine plus fees and surcharges, and to follow all rules of felony probation.

Jonah Arthur Egge was convicted of Assault in the Fourth Degree for an offense that occurred on May 16, 2018, and was sentenced to four years supervised probation, to serve 90 days in jail, to pay a $250 fine, to obtain a chemical use assessment and a mental health assessment and follow the recommendations, and follow all felony conditions of probation.

Jonah Arthur Egge was convicted of Threats of Violence for an offense that occurred on May 18, 2018, and was sentenced to four years supervised probation, to serve 90 days in jail, to pay a $250 fine plus fees and surcharges, to pay restitution to the victim, to write a letter of apology to the victim, to obtain a chemical use assessment and a mental health assessment and follow the recommendations, and follow all felony conditions of probation.
