Redwood County Court news for June 11

Zackery Charles Nathan Mills was convicted of a Criminal Vehicular Homicide for an offense occurring June 2, 2017 and was sentenced to serve 58 months in prison.

Alexander Stephen Gerasch was convicted of a Controlled Substance Crime in the Third Degree for an offense that occurred on February 14, 2018, and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 120 days in jail, to pay a $250 fine plus fees and surcharges, to obtain a chemical use assessment and follow recommendations, to abstain from the use of drugs and alcohol, to pay restitution to the victim, and to follow all rules of felony probation.

Paula Marie Clay was convicted of Assault in the Second degree for an offense that occurred on March 29, 2018, and was sentenced to seven years supervised probation, to serve 11 days in jail, to pay a $100 fine plus fees and surcharges, to pay restitution to the victim, to enroll in and successfully complete Southwest Minnesota Drug Court, and to follow all rules of felony probation.

Shelley Marie Dow was convicted of Violation of an Order for Protection for an offense that occurred between February 5 – 6, 2018, and was sentenced to five years supervised probation, to serve 30 days in jail, to pay a $200 fine plus fees and surcharges, to obtain an updated chemical use assessment if recommended by probation, to pay restitution to the victim, to follow the Order for Protection and to follow all rules of felony probation.

Jesse Lee Mendenhall was convicted of  Violation of an Order for Protection for an offense that occurred on November 16, 2016 and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation, to serve 60 days in jail, to pay a $250 fine plus fees and surcharges, to obtain a chemical use assessment, to follow the Order for Protection and to follow all rules of felony probation.
