Javier Bulmaro Turrubiates was convicted of Engaging in, Hiring, or agreeing to hire minor to engage in prostitution for an offense that occurred on June 9, 2017, and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 75 days in jail, to pay a $750 assessment to combating sexual exploitation of youth, have no unsupervised contact with minors, have no internet access and to follow all felony conditions of probation.

Casey Thomas Bluestone was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree for an offense that occurred on November 16, 2017, and sentenced to 10 years supervised probation, to serve 175 days in jail, to pay a $450 fine plus fees and surcharges, to reimburse the county $200 for his psychosexual assessment, to complete a sex offender treatment program, to attend individual therapy, have no access to pornography, abstain from the use of drugs and alcohol, have no contact with the victim, have no unsupervised contact with females under the age of 18 or vulnerable adults, have no internet access device without probation agent approval and to follow all felony conditions of probation.

Richard Grant Albertson was convicted of five (5) counts of Possession of Pornographic Work for an offense that occurred on December 7, 2017, and sentenced to 39 months to the Department of Corrections, to pay a $250 fine plus fees and surcharges, to reimburse the county $200 for his psychosexual assessment.

Jonathon Anthony McClary admitted a probation violation on a Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, to obtain an updated chemical use assessment and was reinstated on all previous terms and conditions of probation.
