Redwood County Court news for the week of Feb. 5

Rogelio Uballe III was convicted of Controlled Substance Crime in the Third Degree for an offense that occurred on July 20, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 90 days in jail, pay a $250 fine plus fees and surcharges, obtain a chemical use assessment and follow the recommendations, complete inpatient treatment, pay restitution and follow all felony conditions of probation.

Kimberly Dawn Sik was convicted of Storing Methamphetamine in the Presence of a Child for an offense that occurred on January 10, 2018 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 30 days in jail, obtain a chemical use assessment and follow the recommendations, pay a $300 fine plus fees and surcharges, work with Southwest Health and Human Services with voluntary home services, do not possess firearms and follow all felony conditions of probation.

Jalen John Goodthunder was convicted of Controlled Substance Crime in the Third Degree for an offense that occurred on October 13, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 78 days in jail, pay a $200 fine plus fees and surcharges, abstain from the use of drugs and alcohol and submit to random drug testing, complete inpatient treatment and follow all felony conditions of probation.

Antonio Leon was convicted of Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree for an offense that occurred on October 14, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 10 days in jail, obtain a chemical use assessment and follow the recommendations, abstain from use of drugs and alcohol and submit to random drug testing, do not drive unless properly licensed and insured and follow general felony conditions of probation.

Brooklyn Ann Berreth was convicted of Criminal Damage to Property in the First degree for an offense that occurred on November 23, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to complete 80 hours of sentence to serve, pay a $100 fine plus fees and surcharges, pay restitution and follow general felony conditions of probation.

Pablo Vazquez Gonzalez was convicted of Reckless Discharge of a Firearm in a Municipality for an offense that occurred on August 18, 2017 and was sentenced to three years supervised probation, to serve 172 days in jail, pay a $150 fine plus fees and surcharges, obtain a chemical use assessment and follow the recommendations, remain medication compliant, attend mental health appointments, write a letter of apology to law enforcement and follow general felony conditions of probation.

Benjamin Louis Lubben admitted a probation violation on a conviction of Financial Transaction Card Fraud and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and cooperate with all recommendations of an updated Chemical Use Assessment and all previous terms and conditions of probation.

Richard Paul Berry admitted a probation violation on a conviction of Pattern of Stalking Conduct and Violation of an Order for Protection and was sentenced to comply with all previous terms and conditions, cooperate with all recommendations of an updated Chemical Use Assessment, complete the relapse program and the Domestic Abuse Programing.

Amanda Bernice Ryhn admitted a probation violation on a conviction of Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail, cooperate with all recommendations of an updated Chemical Use Assessment and all previous terms and conditions of probation.
