On Monday, Feb. 5, at approximately 7:15 a.m. the Redwood Falls Police Department responded to the United States Post Office in Redwood Falls to take a damage to property report.
Post Master Darial Klabunde reported that sometime between 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 3 and 7:00 a.m. on Monday February 5, someone broke the locks off two of the Post Office drop boxes located in the median on 4th Street. It is unknown if any mail was taken during the incident.
Redwood Falls Police Department has been working with the United States Postal Inspector’s Office and two possible suspects have been identified.
