Redwood County Relay for Life 2018 meeting set for Mon., Feb. 12

Be part of the fight, and join the American Cancer Society in beating our biggest rival. Volunteer to support the annual Relay For Life of Redwood County and help us attack cancer from every angle.

Community volunteers are the backbone of this movement, and you can be part of it right here. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising event to save lives from cancer. At Relay For Life events, participants celebrate people who have been touched by cancer, remember loved ones lost, and take action for lifesaving change.  Our 2018 event will be held on Friday, July 13 at Gilfillan Estates.

A meeting will be held for interested community members on Monday, February 12 at 5:30 pm at the Thrivent office, 809 E. Bridge Street, Redwood Falls, MN.

Funds raised help the American Cancer Society attack cancer in dozens of ways, each of them critical to achieving a world without cancer – from developing breakthrough therapies to building supportive communities, from providing empowering resources to deploying activists to raise awareness.
